Oscar Makeup Using Healthy Products!
This past Sunday I enjoyed watching the 87th Academy Awards red carpet and seeing all of the ingenious looks the makeup artists came up with for thier fab clients. Here are some of my faves and products you can use to get the look! Number one fave (OF THE NIGHT) makeup look was from makeup artist Tyron Machhausen. He created, Wolf of Wall Street and Focus actress, Margot Robbie's look using all Hourglass products. I love Hourglass becuase they are a luxury brand free of parabens, fragrance, sulfates, phthalates, gluten, GMO's and is not tested on animals. The brand is great because it proves that products don't need crap ingredients to work well. Robbies look was flawless.
To get her flawless skin, makeup artist Tyron applied Hourglass Veil Fluid Makeup for a natural, even satin finish. He then lightly contoured in the back of her cheekbones using the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Radiant Light and then applied Luminous Light as a highlighter on her cheekbones. Tyron kept the focus on the lip by keeping her eyes subtle. He tight lined, which means getting as close as possible to the lash line, the inner lash line with Hourglass Mechanical Gel Eyeliner. And followed with several coats of Hourglass Film Noir Mascara to top and bottom lashes. And for the best part, Robbie’s lips! Tyron made them bold, as they were the focal point of this look. He lined the lips with Hourglass Panoramic Long Wear Lip Pencil in Raven, and used Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in the same shade for perfectly shaped, budge-proof lips.
