Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Gold Dust

One of my favorite quick to make desserts is chocolate covered strawberries. I almost always have strawberries and dark chocolate on hand. I made this batch a little extra special since it was Valentine's Day. I found gold pearl sugar dust to brush on top. Here is a short tutorial video on how to make them. Mangiare!
