Pieces We Are Wearing in January

Here on the East Coast the days are usually cold and cloudy, so adding fun pieces to our wardrobe is fun. January means layering and warmer styles too. Here is what we are wearing!

Wide Leg Leather Pants - There are a few brands that are popping off and look good with sneakers or pointy heels. Aritzia has the Melina pants, Abercrombie has and and affordable pair we found on Pretty Little Thing.

Cropped Cardigans - These look so cute styled with jeans and can be worn as a layering piece too. This one from Misguided, a black cardi is always a go to, and pink cropped cardigan brighten ups a dull day.

Chunky Platform Boots - This style takes us back to the 90's and styles up well with the wider leg denim styles that are on this list too. Chelsea boot like this ASOS pair go higher, Jeffrey Campbell has always been in the platform game, and designers like Versace have high styles.

Go Green - Anything in bold green colors is the color to wear right now. Try a oversized button down, a green bag for a pop, or green denim.

Wide Leg, High Rise Denim - We can't believe we are back in this style but here we are. Wear them with boots, or pointy toe heels in the Winter. Pistola makes a perfect wash pair, we found a cute pair on Pretty Little Thing and we always know we can find a good pair at Topshop.

Checkerboard Prints - This is a playful way to add a little something different to your closet. This print can be found on everything, from sweaters, and skirts to pants and dresses.
