Ways to Naturally Manage and Alleviate Migraine Headaches

Recently I had a terrible headache, possibly a migraine that I could not kick for a week. I tried many method some which worked better than others. This is my list. I thought if it could help me it could help someone else. My goal is to determine where it came from not just how to relieve it. This is what is helping for now. Espresso I has a small amount with a touch of vanilla extract and oat milk for flavor, this worked great for immediate relief

Lavender oil compress over eyes, helped for sleep and relaxation 

Castor oil belly button 

Castor oil w peppermint essential oil on temples, this brought some relief especially at night trying to fall asleep

Tapping I have used this for many aliments I like Brad Yates

Acupuncture 2x a week

Cupping 

Holistic chiropractor 2x a week felt some relief but also said the headache can come back

Lavender essential oil diffuser 

Saged home 

Drink lots of water 

Magnesium supplement 

Cold compress on neck and temple 

Full body infrared heated mat with crystals 

Red light therapy wand on temples

Motrin and Tylenol every 4-6 hour rotation not natural but helped on very bad days
