Yin Yoga to Release the Day and Relax
This form of yoga I found to be great at night after a long day to just release it all, relax and feel present. I love how calming Boho Beautiful's Yin yoga practice is. This style of yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. It is great for all levels.
There are so many benefits to Yin Yoga like, stillness to help calm and balance the mind and body. You may see stress and anxiety reduction. It can increased circulation, and improved flexibility. Flow with it, do what feels best to you and notice how you feel after just one practice.
